Abstract
Primary intimal sarcomas of the aorta are extremely rare and aggressive tumors metastasizing into bones and visceral organs including liver, kidneys, adrenal glands, and lung. The first symptoms are often nonspecific and often caused by arterial embolism. We report a case with an incidental finding of primary intimal sarcoma in an aneurysm of a patient with claudication due to tumor embolization.Entities:
