Abstract

This report is the second in a series to compare the 1989 Recommended Dietary Allowances with new Dietary Reference Intakes. The report focuses on water-soluble vitamin C, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, folate, vitamin B12, pantothenic acid, biotin, and choline.
