Abstract
A 32-year-old man with pityriasis rubra pilaris diagnosed by clinical appearance and histologic examination was treated with 1% aminonicotinamide cream applied once daily. Improvement was noted within four days, and almost complete clearing occurred after two weeks of therapy. No side-effects were noted.Entities:
