Polyorchism: a case report.

Abstract

BACKGROUND: Polyorchism is a rare anomaly whose genesis is unclarified, although several theories have been proposed. It is generally associated with other disorders but seldom with malignancy.
CONCLUSIONS: When a supernumerary testicle is encountered intraoperatively, it should be removed.
