Conventional endodontic failure and retreatment.

Ralan Wong1.

Abstract

Technologic advancements in dentistry and specifically endodontics have vastly improved the quality of care rendered to patients. These advancements allow clinicians to gain insight into the retreatment of failing root canals. Due to training, practice, and patience, clinicians can expand their capabilities alongside of these technologic advancements to perform endodontic treatments with increased success.
