Abstract
Impotence is a highly prevalent condition occurring in 10 million American men over the age of 18 years. Alterations in vascular supply, hormonal changes with age, neurological dysfunction and the use of a variety of medications may combine and contribute to impotence. Impotence should not be considered a normal part of the aging process. Careful attention to evaluation for the aetiology of impotence will lead to making appropriate therapeutic choices.Entities:
