Abstract
A non-communicating rudimentary uterine horn is a rare Mûllerian duct abnormality. A pregnancy conceived in a non-communicating horn has a 70% chance of rupturing and the maternal mortality is approximately 0.5%. We describe two cases of the initial medical management of pregnancies conceived in non-communicating accessory uterine horns, which were then subsequently excised laparoscopically.Entities:
