Abstract
Histoplasmosis is not reported very commonly from India. We report a patient in whom the presenting feature was persistent leucopenia and hepatosplenomegaly and was treated as a case of disseminated tuberculosis. At autopsy, this patient showed all features of progressive disseminated histoplasmosis.Entities:
