Abstract
PURPOSE: to present a case of post traumatic anterior spinal epidural hematoma. CASE REPORT: a 55-year-old man presented with abrupt onset of paraparesia following a motor vehicle accident. Magnetic resonance imaging showed an anterior lumbar epidural hematoma. Surgical evacuation of the hematoma resulted in complete recovery.Entities:
