Abstract
Intraventricular meningiomas are most often seen in the lateral ventricles of adults, more often on the left than on the right. A variety of surgical approaches can be selected depending on patient and tumor factors as well as on surgeon preference. Some of these approaches are complex and demand a thorough understanding of the ventricular and periventricular anatomy. When successful, surgery can be curative in most cases of total removal.Entities:
