Abstract
Lymph node metastases are the most significant prognostic factor in localized non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Nodal micrometastases may not be detected with current standard histologic methods. We review our experience with intraoperative injection of radioisotope, the current state of the technique, and the experience of other groups with alternate methods and tracers.Entities:
