Abstract
We describe a case of secondary syphilis in a 29-year-old man who presented with a severely pruritic lichen planus-like eruption that mimicked a lichenoid drug eruption histologically. Although uncommon, syphilis should be considered in the differential diagnosis of any lichenoid eruption.Entities:
