Donata Kurpas1, Andrzej Steciwko.

Abstract

The patients' satisfaction at level of family doctors' services determines correct functioning of primary care. It is also considered to be one of the care quality factors and the main factor of patients' compliance leading to better clinical effects. The difficulty in estimation of patients' satisfaction results from multidimensional factors leading to its achievement, what is escalated by the lack of stability of medical care system in our country. The subject of patient's satisfaction is taken up very rarely but it is fundamental, underestimated aspect in current transformations of medical care system. The patients' satisfaction level of services provided in primary care can be indication of the transformation accuracy.
