[Naevus lipomatodes cutaneus superficialis (Hoffmann-Zurhelle)].

N Haas1, T Wegner.

Abstract

The term naevus lipomatodes cutaneus superficialis was coined by E. Hoffmann and E. Zurhelle in 1921 for nevoid dermal accumulations of mature lipocytes. We report on a case in classic localisation in a patient of Turkish descent and discuss clinical characteristics in relation to variability of histologic findings.
