Abstract
We present the management of a patient with nasopharyngeal carcinoma with a history of recurrent syncopal attacks diagnosed as malignant vasovagal syndrome. We discuss clinical presentation as well as the resolution of disease symptoms. The importance of metastatic nasopharyngeal malignancy in relation to syncope is discussed.Entities:
