Abstract
Drooling is a frequent complaint for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. A variety of treatment options exist including behavioral or oral motor therapies, medications and surgical interventions. Several novel alternative therapies are also being explored. However, most treatments lack evidence-based demonstration of efficacy. Management of problem drooling benefits from a team approach.Entities:
