Abstract
A 10-year-old girl with intractable complex partial seizures developed aphasia, coprolalia, and repetitive motor behaviors involving touching, sexual touching, and aggressive acts. Her symptoms subsided following surgical resection of a left anterior temporal lobe ganglioglioma and control of seizures. Possible neurobehavioral implications of the reversibility of this patient's symptoms are discussed.Entities:
