Abstract
A rare case of giant congenital aneurysm of the right atrium in a 30-year-old woman is described. The patient had no history of cardiac diseases or trauma. Transthoracic 2-dimensional echocardiography with injection of isotonic saline enabled complete definition of the abnormal anatomy and allowed subsequent successful surgical correction.Entities:
