Abstract
Research has shown that high levels of low-density lipoprotein (LDL), "bad cholesterol," is a risk factor for cardiac disease. This article provides an overview of d" cholesterol (high-density lipoprotein, HDL) and "bad" (LDL) cholesterol, assesses the role of triglycerides in heart disease, and offers strategies for cholesterol lowering and heart disease prevention.Entities:
