Abstract
A 46-year-old man had a headache and a slight superior bitemporal contraction of the visual field with no lymphadenopathy. Magnetic resonance imaging showed a sellar mass and a tumor of the nasopharynx. After the nasopharyngeal tumor was resected, the patient was diagnosed as having lymphocyterich classical Hodgkin lymphoma at clinical stage IEA. He achieved complete remission after 3 cycles of ABVD therapy followed by involved field irradiation. After the radiotherapy, transsphenoidal resection of the pituitary tumor was performed and a diagnosis of non-functioning adenoma was established. This is the first report describing Hodgkin lymphoma of the nasopharynx associated with a pituitary adenoma.Entities:
