Abstract
Meckel's diverticulum is the most common congenital gastrointestinal anomaly. It may infrequently cause bleeding, perforation, or rarely obstruction. Formation of enteroliths in the diverticulum is uncommon. We present a case of small bowel obstruction from an expelled enterolith.Entities:
