Abstract
Iterative solutions of coupled leaf photosynthesis and stomatal conductance equations sometimes yield bifurcated or chaotic solutions. An analytical solution for coupled leaf photosynthesis-stomatal conductance equations is preferred because an analytical model has specific and known roots, and partial derivatives can be taken to perform sensitivity analyses.
