Abstract
The toxic effects of chemotherapy have been noted to cause a range of acute necrotizing colonic inflammatory disorders but until recently these have not been associated with docetaxel chemotherapy. Here we report a case of pancolitis presenting as megacolon following the administration of docetaxel for recurrent breast cancer.Entities:
