Abstract
A 5 month-old baby developed non-ceasing intra-peritoneal bleeding after extensive surgical biopsy for an hepatoblastoma. A single recombinant activated factor VII injection following enlarged hepatectomy helped to resolve quickly this life-threatening haemorrhagic syndrome.Entities:
