Abstract
Spontaneous coronary artery dissection is a rare cause of myocardial ischemia and sudden death. Coronary aneurysms and pseudoaneurysms, which may occur after percutaneous coronary interventions, rarely occur spontaneously. We review the pertinent medical literature and describe the intravascular findings of spontaneous coronary artery dissection, aneurysms, and pseudoaneurysms.Entities:
