Abstract
A 6-month-old male infant with difficulty swallowing, recurrent aspiration pneumonia and failure to thrive was diagnosed with cricopharyngeal achalasia. Normal oral feeding and no further aspirations followed a single catheter balloon dilatation.Entities:
