Abstract
Clear cell odontogenic carcinoma is a rare and unusual tumor that occurs in the jaws. This tumor is generally considered to be of a low grade of malignancy. We describe a patient with a huge clear cell odontogenic carcinoma that originated in the mandible and exhibited massive invasion into the adjacent tissues and metastases to the submandibular lymph nodes. The ultrastructural and immunohistochemical details are described.Entities:
