Abstract
A 75 year old man presented left hemichorea due to a cavernous angioma of the head of the contralateral caudate. Cavernous angiomas of the basal ganglia are an infrequent cause of hemichorea especially in older subjects but should be considered in the differential diagnosis.Entities:
