Abstract
A 26-year-old female with polysplenia syndrome is reported. She had numerous visceral anomalies including polysplenia, a short pancreas, a preduodenal portal vein, malrotation of the bowel, azygos continuation of the inferior vena cava, bilateral hyparterial bronchi and symmetrical liver lobation. Embryological and clinical considerations of polysplenia syndrome are described.Entities:
