Abstract

5(S)-Fluoro-N6-(iminoethyl)-l-lysine (14), an analogue of the potent, selective induced nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) inhibitor iminoethyl-l-lysine (1), was synthesized and found to be a selective iNOS inhibitor.
