Gynaecomastia, neurofibromatosis and breast cancer.

Abstract

Gynaecomastia commonly affects pubertal boys. We report a rare case of bilateral ductal carcinoma in situ found incidentally after breast reduction surgery in a young man with neurofibromatosis.
