Martin I Herman1, Bruce Alpert.

A 5-year-old child presented to our emergency department with a sudden onset of symptoms consistent with cerebellar infarction. Evaluation lead us to discover an undiagnosed coarctation of the aorta in association with a thrombotic cerebellar infarction. A review of coarctation follows.
