Abstract
In Part I the anatomy, biomechanics, different pathologic changes, and diagnostic tools for anterior and posterior instability were discussed. In this second part, treatment of an acute dislocation is introduced. Furthermore different surgical procedures and their indications are discussed. Algorithms for treatment of first-time dislocation, chronic anterior instability, and posterior instability are presented.Entities:
