Abstract
Primary adrenal lymphoma (PAL) with adrenal insufficiency is a rare entity that has a unique presentation and prognosis when compared to other high-grade B-cell Non-Hodgkin's Lymphomas (NHL). Radiologic characteristics and image-guided biopsy are helpful in diagnosis. Current chemotherapy of choice is CHOP [Cyclophosphamide, Hydroxydaunomycin (doxorubicin), Oncovin (vincristine sulfate) and Prednisone]. More cases need to be documented to formulate an effective approach to PAL.Entities:
