Abstract
We report a rare case of bladder eversion through a vesicovaginal fistula. The bladder prolapse was almost complete, resulting in ureteral kinking, bilateral hydronephrosis and acute renal failure. After reduction of the bladder eversion, bilateral ureteral stent placement, fistula repair using the Latzko technique and colpocleisis, the patient had rapid resolution of her renal compromise.Entities:
