Abstract
We report an unusual case of testicular cancer metastasized solely in the brain and spleen without retroperitoneal disease or other widespread metastasis. The patient initially presented with seizures and underwent craniotomy for presumed primary brain tumor, with a delayed diagnosis of testicular cancer as the true primary. This pattern of spread is highly unusual, and, to our knowledge, we report the first case of splenectomy performed for involvement by testicular cancer. At last follow-up, the patient was doing well, with no evidence of disease after 2 years.Entities:
