Abstract
Profound language regression developed in three children with epilepsy 4 to 28 weeks after beginning topiramate (TPM). TPM was administered as an adjunctive antiepileptic drug at doses of 2.5 to 6.0 mg/kg/day. Language functions recovered while TPM was being reduced in dose or stopped.Entities:
