Abstract
We report a case of congenital tuberculosis with an unusual presentation as progressive liver dysfunction, in the absence of respiratory symptoms. Several uncommon features were present, including petechiae, cutaneous lesions, ascites and positive peritoneal fluid culture.Entities:
