Abstract
Primary hyperparathyroidism is rarely found in the pediatric population. Delays in diagnosis due to vague symptoms can lead to severe disease manifestations such as osteitis fibrosa cystica. We report a rare case of primary hyperparathyroidism in a 13-year-old girl who presented with a pathological femur fracture and numerous brown tumors.Entities:
