Abstract
In about one of every hundred patients with lumbar disc prolapse, one may expect to find a co-existant spinal tumour which may be the sole, or partial, cause of the symptoms. Lumbar myelography must therefore be performed in such a manner that the upper lumbar region, and if necessary the lower thoracic region, is adequately demonstrated.Entities:
