Abstract
Hyperimmunoglobulin E (Job's) syndrome is a rare disease characterized by recurrent pneumonia and sinusitis, pneumatoceles, chronic dermatitis, and elevated serum levels of immunoglobulin E. In this report, the author presents a case of disseminated pulmonary candidiasis in a young man with hyperimmunoglobulin E syndrome. His chest radiograph showed reticulonodular opacities in both lungs. Computed tomography scans revealed multiple pulmonary nodules and hilar and mediastinal enlarged lymph nodes.Entities:
