Abstract
Malignancy involving hernial sacs is rare. A 72 year old man is reported who had a right inguinal irreducible mass as an initial presentation of gastrointestinal stromal tumour mimicking irreducible inguinal hernia. The diagnosis was missed at the time of surgery and was revealed only by the histology results of the excised sac.Entities:
