Abstract
Rational polypharmacy is required for management of refractory psychiatric disorders. Antiepileptic drugs are increasingly used as primary or adjunctive agents in the treatment of affective, schizoaffective, anxiety, and impulse control disorders. In this case report, the authors present the first case of hyponatremic seizure associated with oxcarbazepine in adjunctive treatment of comorbid affective/anxiety disorders.Entities:
