Abstract
A case of an ovarian cyst diagnosed antenatally by ultrasound and showing spontaneous resolution within 5 months after birth is presented. On the basis of this case and others reported in the literature, we recommend expectant follow-up of such lesions with operation recommended only for cysts with solid or complex components or cysts causing symptoms from large size or torsion.Entities:
