Abstract
Cystadenoma of the pancreas is a rare entity. In the pediatric population, three cases have been reported. We present a case of cystadenoma of the pancreas in a newborn. The tumor involved the head and body of the pancreas. Subtotal pancreatectomy with preservation of the duodenum, common bile duct, and pancreatic tail was performed.Entities:
