Abstract
A patient with fulminant Guillain-Barré syndrome developed pupillary denervation, loss of all brain stem reflexes and a complete flaccid quadriparesis. Pathological studies confirmed this was due to a primarily demyelinating process and not an axonal form of Guillain-Barré syndrome.Entities:
