Abstract
Lymphomatoid granulomatosis or angiocentric T-cell lymphoma is a systemic disease that affects multiple organs. The histopathologic findings include a characteristic infiltrate that is both angiocentric and angiodestructive. The prognosis is poor but may be improved by early recognition and aggressive chemotherapy. We report a case of cutaneous lymphomatoid granulomatosis and emphasize that dermatologists play an important role in the early diagnosis of this disease.Entities:
