Abstract
Diabetic muscular infarction is a rare complication of diabetes. It usually occurs in those with target organ involvement of diabetes, generally affecting one or a group of muscles of the thigh, and can recur. The pathogenesis of the disease is still not clear. Here we report an unusual case of extensive muscle involvement of both thighs and calves, with special emphasis on pathogenesis.Entities:
