Abstract
Spontaneous and isolated dissecting aneurysm of the superior mesenteric artery is a rare event that has been successfully treated by surgery in several reported cases. To our knowledge, we present the first case of a patient with spontaneous and isolated dissecting aneurysm of the superior mesenteric artery that was successfully treated by endovascular stent-graft placement.Entities:
