Abstract
We describe a case of acute nonlymphocytic leukemia with inversion of chromosome 16 in a patient with systemic lupus erythematosus treated with immunosuppressive agents including azathioprine and cyclophosphamide. Although the leukemia may have been caused by other factors, it is worth noting the potential association of this malignancy with immunosuppressive therapy.Entities:
